In June 2019, CCR-lab received an award from Nebraksa System Science to embark on a new project. This project that is done in collaboration with Drs. Jiong Hu (UNL), Yong Rak Kim (UNL), and Florin Bobaru (UNL) will focus on multi-scale study of cellular concrete tailored with time-dependent behavior. CCR-Lab will be responsible to perform tests and assess the durability of cellular concrete with respect to carbonation and chloride ingress. The duration of this project is 2 years and the total amount of award is $150,000.
